2009 Great City Games…
Jonathan Edwards presents a street-set athletics competition on Newcastle’s quayside
As a prelude to Sunday's Great North Run, Jonathan will be anchoring the BBC's coverage of the competition which sees England battling Australia in a host of events including the 100m and 200m.
Colin Jackson will be assisting Jonathan as part of the commentary team, thus bolstering MTC's presence and providing further evidence of their worth to the BBC's athletics team.
Coverage begins at 13:00 on BBC One this Saturday.
