Wiggins To Race Infamous Cobbles

Bradley Wiggins will be amongst the riders tackling the Paris-Roubaix classic on Sunday.

After a fantastic ride in the Paris-Nice, Bradley's third place finish saw him become the first British rider since Chris Boardman to grace the podium. With this performance behind him, another good display over the cobbles of Paris will be the perfect foundation ahead of switching his attention to altitude training in preparation for July's Tour de France.

The 256.6km course is notorious for its crashes and with 51.5km of cobbles, all of which come in the last 158km of the race, it is easy to see why. However, with his superb bike handeling skills Bradley is considered a talent on such terrain. Having two previous Paris-Roubaix races already under his belt this might be the first year a British rider is seen at the top of the podium.

Good luck Bradley from MTC!
