Craig Means Business

Craig Pickering ran the fastest 100m race of his life last night...

MTC's Craig Pickering ran a superb race last night to finish second behind World Record holder Usain Bolt at the IAAF Golden Spike meeting in Ostrava. Craig ran the fastest time of his life clocking 10.08. But for the following wind being 0.01 seconds over the legal limit, this time would have represented a huge reduction in his personal best time which currently stands at 10.14seconds.

In finishing second behind the Olympic Champion, Craig claimed some impressive scalps including Ronald Pognon, Samuel Francis and Marucs Brunson who have all run under 10 seconds. Following this impressive performance, Craig will be able to take a lot of confidence from this race as he progresses further into the season.
