Harry's Challenge
Harry Aikines-Aryeetey has teamed up with Lucozade Sport and Men's Health to provide you with a challenge
Lucozade Sport has teamed up with Men's Health to get six readers into the shape of their lives by taking part in the Lucozade Sport Challenge 2010. They'll be following in the footsteps of Steven Gerrard, James Haskell and Harry Aikines-Aryeetey and training at the highest level. One of the contestants will be rewarded for their hard work by winning a chance to join Harry in one of his typical gym training sessions.
Lucozade Sport and Men's Health noticed Harry's phenomenal physique and instantly viewed him as the prime athlete to showcase the strength challenge. Steven Gerrard will be showcasing the Football challenge and James Haskell showcasing the Rugby challenge. Readers of Men's Health will be able to follow the programme that the fitness experts have devised. Further details can be found by following the link below
