Jonathan And Colin Cover Marathon

Jonathan Edwards and Colin Jackson will both be reporting live at this weekend's London marathon

This Sunday the BBC will be showing live coverage of the 30th London Marathon, one of the UK's most iconic sporting events. The event will be broadcasted on TV, radio and online and they have selected Jonathan Edwards and Colin Jackson to be part of the panel to report on the day's proceedings. Jonathan will be at the start line to report on some of the fascinating human interest stories and will also be hosting the early evening highlights show on BBC Two starting at 6pm for an hour.

Colin will be on the streets and amongst the action to bring viewers a real feel of the event as it winds through some the capital's many iconic buildings and locations. The other names making up the BBC team on the day include Sue Barker, Steve Cram, Brendan Foster, Paul Dickenson, Paula Radcliffe, Dame Tanni Grey-Thompson, Katharine Merry, Phil Jones and Rob Walker.

TV coverage starts on BBC Two at 8.30am, and then continues on BBC One from 10am, finishing at 2pm.
