Liz Johnson Joins MTC
We are delighted to announce the latest addition to our client list - Paralympic gold medallist Liz Johnson.
Hailing from Swansea originally but now based in Bath, Liz was first introduced to swimming at the age of 3, following advice that it would help with her cerebral palsy. Since making her international senior debut at the age of 15, she has gone on to win European, World and Paralympic Gold medals.
In September 2008, Liz won her first gold Paralympic medal in the 100m Breaststroke, dedicating it to her mother who sadly passed away during the Games.
Looking to the future Liz has her sights firmly set on London 2012 where she aims to defend her Paralympic title.
Bright and articulate, Liz offers a unique and heartfelt story, detailing a career that's been built on triumphing over adversity and is available as a brand ambassador as well as for motivational & Inspirational speeches, staff engagements and Q&A sessions.
Liz also recently featured in channel 4 programmes ‘Inside Incredible Athletes' and ‘That Paralympic Show'.
