Lizzie Racing In The Tour de L'Aude
Lizzie Armitstead begins the Tour de L'Aude today...
Following her success at the World Championships in Pruszkow last month, MTC's Lizzie Armitstead is now looking to produce another strong performance at the Tour de L'Aude. The tour, which takes place in south-west France and starts today, Friday 15th May, is the largest women's road race on the calendar and will play host to a strong British cycling contingent.
Lizzie, who came 9th in the Tour de Berne World Cup last Sunday, is riding with Team Lotto-Belisol and will hope to demonstrate her all-round ability over the 10 day race.
