Phillips Leaps To Diamond Victory
Phillips Idowu adds a 4th victory to his tally in the Monaco Leg of the Diamond League Athletics
Phillips, World and European Champion, produced 3 jumps over 17 metres and secured victory with a distance of 17.36 metres.
This latest victory puts Phillips at the top of the Diamond League Standings in the triple jump. With 4 top finishes and 18 league points Phillips has a substantial lead over his rivals with only two meets remaining.
With the World Championships fast approaching Phillips looks in form to defend his title in Daegu.
