MTC's Sally Gunnell will be spearheading an innovative health management service called ‘My Health Counts' for Aviva.
In response to research revealing that women in the UK only want to make lifestyle changes to look more attractive rather than as part of a healthy lifestyle, Aviva have launched an initiative with Sally at the forefront to encourage the public to take their health seriously, going beyond looks and modifying their diet and fitness routines to improve their well being.
Sally is the perfect champion for ‘My Health Counts' as she manages to lead a healthy and active lifestyle whilst also working and running a busy family home. Sally will be actively involved in the scheme by writing blogs, answering consumer's questions and advising the general public on steps to improve their health.
